• You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24hrs and it will be posted to you four weeks before your baby’s estimated due date or within one business day if your due date is less than four weeks away. If I have low stock, I place a notification on the TENS hire page so you can see this prior to ordering but if I have a surge of orders in short time frame and I do not have any TENS machines available for the hire period you have requested, I will advise you via email within 24hrs and process a full refund immediately.

The TENS machine will be posted to you four weeks before your baby’s estimated due date or within one business day if your due date is in less than four weeks. When you receive your TENS machine, please check the contents and test the machine using the instructions provided. Don’t wait till labour starts. If there is anything missing or in the unlikely event that the machine is not working, please contact me urgently so I can arrange a replacement (if available, or a full refund upon return of the entire contents of the hire pack).

The returns process is easy. Labour Loot provides the packaging and a pre-paid, pre-addressed return satchel so all you have to do is place in any red Australia Post box. The last thing you need to do with a newborn, is find packaging, line up in Australia Post to weigh, pay and post the TENS back.

The TENS machine should be posted back to Labour Loot in the padded bag it was delivered in. If you have accidentally discarded the bag or misplaced it, please use bubble wrap or another padded bag to ensure the TENS unit isn’t damaged in transit. It should not be posted back without protective packaging.

Ideally the TENS machine should be posted back to Labour Loot within three weeks of your baby’s estimated due date (so it is received by Labour Loot within four weeks, as per the hire agreement). Friendly reminders will be sent via email and sms (because I know this will be a busy time for you as you get to know your newborn).

All TENS machines are cleaned by Labour Loot with a hospital-grade disinfectant, ensuring a high standard of hygiene.

Accidents happen, but Labour Loot also needs to fulfil future hire bookings and receive each TENS machine back in good working order. I do not charge a bond, but if the TENS machine is returned contaminated in bodily fluids, lost, stolen, damaged or not returned within four weeks of your baby’s estimated due date, customers are liable to pay a replacement fee of $199 (RRP).

If you have misplaced or damaged the leads only, please email me and I will do my best to resolve the issue with minimal charges.

If a TENS machine and Birth Box are hired/ordered at the same time, you can save $10 (to receive the discount, enter the code $10OFF at checkout). The TENS machine and Birth Box will be posted to you four weeks before your baby’s estimated due date (or within one business day if your due date is in less than four weeks). Both must be purchased/posted at the same time to receive the discount; only one discount code per order.
