Shipping

Labour Loot uses Australia Post for shipping. All items include standard shipping. There are no additional charges at checkout for shipping unless you prefer/select express shipping. No pick up option is available from Labour Loot but a meet up option may be available for urgent orders (see below).

Your TENS hire includes return standard shipping (with tracking).

Most items are shipped using Australia Post’s ‘Parcel Post’ standard service and you will receive a tracking number via email once your items have been posted. If ordering a birth/acupressure comb, electrode pads, electrode lead or eye mask on their own (not in combination with a TENS hire or Birth Box), these items are posted with no tracking.

Australia Post advertised shipping times:

• Standard shipping (included for all items): 2-4 business days for customers within NSW or 3-6 business days to other states/territories

• Express shipping (add at checkout under ‘Delivery Methods’ for an additional $8): 1-2 business days for customers within NSW or 1-3 business days to other states/territories

Please see Australia Post’s website for their current shipping time estimates, peak periods may take longer and it seems deliveries to WA take an extra day or two. Any delay in the delivery of your items once they have been posted is out of Labour Loot’s control.

Urgent order?

For urgent orders, Northern Beaches, Sydney delivery may be available and I offer a ‘meet up’ service on the Northern Beaches where I can meet you to drop off your order (both have an additional $8 charge at checkout under ‘Delivery Methods’, select ‘Express’). Please SMS Clare from Labour Loot on 0410 332 917 to check if Northern Beaches delivery or meet up is available for your order. Please note, I am a Midwife and work shift hours so while I do my best to drop off/meet up for urgent orders, I cannot guarantee this service. I am quick to reply on SMS if you want to check if this option is available to you before you place your order.
