Returns and refunds

TENS machine hire:

  • Once your TENS machine has been dispatched, refunds are not available for change of mind or if the machine is not used during labour or birth.

  • If you need to cancel your TENS machine hire after payment, please contact Clare on 0410 332 917 as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation is made prior to dispatch.

  • In the unlikely event that your TENS machine arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Clare on 0410 332 917 as soon as possible with photos and a description of the issue. If the unit is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement will be sent within one business day. The faulty machine must be returned using the pre-paid satchel provided (no cost to you). If a replacement is not available (for example, if all machines are currently hired out), a full refund will be issued once the complete hire pack has been returned.

All other items:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, refunds are not available for change of mind or if items are not used during labour, birth or postpartum.

  • If you need to cancel your order after payment, please contact Clare on 0410 332 917 as soon as possible. A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation is made prior to dispatch.

  • In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact Clare on 0410 332 917 with photos and a description of the issue. If deemed damaged or faulty, you may choose between a replacement (posted within one business day) or a full refund.

Stipe is Labour Loot’s payment processor; refunds take 5-10 days to process and appear in your bank account.
